- Introducing BUTTONFIX® - F Fixation Button with Loop, an innovative Ankle Syndesmosis Repair kit designed to offer a knotless solution for ankle syndesmosis reduction.
- The BUTTONFIX® - F repair system features a fixation button with a USP size 5 BioFiber® Loop, consisting of an oblong-shaped button and a round-shaped button.
- This system addresses the limitations of screw fixation by eliminating the risk of device failure under cyclic loading and the complications associated with broken screws.
- Inserting the BUTTONFIX® - F from lateral to medial ensures fixation, with the oblong-shaped button securing the medial side and the round-shaped button securing the lateral side of the joint.
- This BUTTONFIX® - F can now also be used with an inserter which allows the easy and smooth passage of the implant from medial side to the lateral side of the joint.
