Mr. Jayesh Panchal is an experienced industrial innovator with over four decades of multidisciplinary expertise. Before entering the medical device sector, he worked across textile machinery, elevator systems, and precision engineering, building a strong foundation in manufacturing technology and process optimization.
His journey in orthopedic implant manufacturing began in 2004, when he identified the growing demand for high-quality, domestically produced implants. After years of hands-on development and refining production techniques, he formally applied for a medical device manufacturing licence in 2012, expanding operations with systematic quality controls and regulatory compliance.
Driven by a mindset of continuous improvement, Mr. Jayesh Panchal invested steadily in advanced machines and R&D capabilities. In 2015, he acquired India's first JINN FA sliding-head Swiss CNC machine, enabling precision implant production at an international standard and marking the company's first export milestone.
Over the years, his experience in diverse industries and strong understanding of engineering allowed him to develop reliable orthopedic implants that gained trust among major manufacturers across India. His focus on quality consistency, process discipline, and ethical manufacturing has positioned Panchal Meditech Pvt. Ltd. as a rising name in orthopedic implants, known for both reliability and technical depth.
ANKIT PANCHAL

Mr. Ankit Panchal represents the new-generation leadership of PMPL. He began his professional journey early while pursuing his engineering studies, gaining foundational knowledge in manufacturing, product design, and industrial workflows under the guidance of his father, Mr. Jayesh Panchal.
To broaden his exposure and strengthen his professional capabilities, he moved to the United Kingdom, where he spent two years in the Motorsport industry and four years in Aerospace design and engineering. Working within highly regulated international environments helped him develop a deep understanding of:
- documentation discipline and regulatory compliance
- traceability and batch-wise tracking
- first-time-right manufacturing approaches
- scrap reduction and value-stream optimization
- multi-industry R&D workflows
His experience with global teams and precision-focused industries shaped his approach to engineering and quality, an approach he now brings back to India.
In 2025, Ankit returned to join the family business with a clear vision: to elevate PMPL into a world-class orthopedic manufacturing company with stringent documentation, structured processes, advanced QC systems, and seamless traceability from raw material to finished implant. His goal is to build PMPL as a modern, export-oriented medical device company known for engineering excellence, reliability, innovation, and uncompromising quality.
