Buttonfix-W TWO FIXATION BUTTONS
- BUTTONFIX®-W kit comprises of two oblong shaped fixation titanium buttons loaded with Fiber Loop USP size 2 and Fiber USP size 0 for flipping of the button.
- This knotted adjustable loop system is ideal for the fixation of distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) dislocation.
- The system is passed through a 2.8mm hole from the lateral to the medial side using a 2.8mm Suture Passing Pin, Spade-Tip with an eyelet.
- Featuring a self-adjustable fiber loop size 2, the length of the loop can be customized by sequentially pulling the adjustable sutures and then knotting them securely.
