VIMFIX®-LR Ligament Anchor
Introducing VIMFIX®-LR, a fully-threaded, knotless anchor engineered for use with BioFiber suture or BioFiber® Tape in Ligament Augmentation repair.- This versatile implant is ideal for addressing lateral ankle instability, complementing standard Brostrom Repair, spring ligament, Achilles Tenodesis and deltoid ligament procedures. It effectively treats both acute and chronic ankle sprains.
- With its superior pull-out and insertion strength, VIMFIX®-LR streamlines procedures without compromising efficacy. The straightforward knotless technique involves passing sutures or tapes through tissue, threading them through the closed VIMFIX®-LR eyelet, and securely inserting it into a bone socket. Tension is easily adjusted and locked in place using the VIMFIX®-LR anchor body.
- Offering early rehabilitation and enhanced resistance against future injury, this anchor promotes efficient recovery.
- The VIMFIX®-LR anchor is cannulated and vented to minimize material while facilitating potential bony ingrowth.
