Expert Tibia Nailing
The Expert Tibia Nailing System is a comprehensive system of implants and instruments designed for the treatment of tibia fractures. It utilizes locking technology with embedded locking screws to mechanically compress the fracture and aid in restoring the natural shape of the fractured bone.

- Three unique and innovative locking options, in combination with cancellous bone locking screws, enhance stability for proximal third fractures.
- Two medio-lateral (ML) locking options allow for direct compression or secondary controlled dynamization.
- End caps securely lock the most proximal oblique locking screw, creating a fixed-angle construct.
- The end cap prevents tissue ingrowth and facilitates nail extraction.
- Self-retaining Stardrive recess enables effortless and secure end cap pick-up and insertion.
- A new anatomic bend facilitates nail insertion.
- Titanium alloy construction provides improved mechanical and fatigue properties.
- Cannulated nails (8 mm to 12 mm) allow for reamed or unreamed techniques and enable insertion over a guide wire.
- The distal oblique locking option prevents soft tissue damage and increases the stability of the distal fragment.
- Two medio-lateral (ML) and one antero-posterior (AP) locking options ensure the stability of the distal fragment.
- All locking screws are designed with a double thread for better contact, resulting in enhanced stability.
- Thread closer to the screw head provides improved bone purchase and stability.
- Titanium alloy construction enhances mechanical and fatigue properties.
- Self-retaining Stardrive recess allows for improved torque transmission, increased resistance to stripping compared to a hex recess, and secure locking screw pick-up.
